Each recruiting process starts BY meeting with the client in order to determine the nature of their business and their strategic objectives as a company. We will analyze the company culture and the challenges that may impact on the position. We will also define the requirements of this position in terms of knowledge and associated behaviors that will afterwards be translated into the required competencies.
Our competency model and the competency based interview are the basis of our search process. A job competency is that underlying characteristic of a person which results in effective or superior performance.
Our consultants, are highly trained to detect the competencies needed in a position by analyzing critical incidents.
Once we have defined the main selection criteria, we will conduct extensive research in order to identify potential candidates. We will use our own data base to conduct the search; and we will select target companies and consult industry’s key executives.
Based on the information we gather, we will make preliminary contacts with potential candidates under absolute confidentiality.
Our client will receive reports periodically with updated information on the recruiting process: candidates contacted and to be contacted, accepted or declined offers and market information if relevant.
Before introducing the candidate to the client, we perform thorough competency-based interviews using Critical Incidents technique. Candidates are evaluated, classified and compared to pre-defined selection criteria. As a result of this stage, we make a customized and exhaustive report on the candidate’s professional experience, main tasks and responsibilities and our evaluation matching the candidate to the defined profile, as well as information on the candidate’s general expectations as regards TO compensations and others.
Closure is a critical stage in the recruiting process. A skilled and insightful approach can make the difference between success and failure. Our consultants work closely with the client to assist them in building an attractive and competitive proposal and also with candidates in order to help them clear any doubts they may have regarding personal or professional matters.
Working with a fixed fee assures objectivity on the quantitative aspects of the recruitment process, allowing consultants to give advice to both sides in the negotiations, avoiding any conflict of interest.
